You Cook It
As a musician or composer may have the music, tunes, harmony etc in his/her mind before even playing or writing a single note, so to the chef/cook must compose before going to the market or opening the fridge.
In this class we will search deep into our memories and explore how you can use your memory to create dishes. You will have free access to all of our fridges and use them like you would a market. You will each create your own dishes for two - (starter, main and dessert.)
You will have the opportunity to explain your process to Thierry, our Sommelier, who will then prepare a wine pairing to accompany your meal.
